Meet Attorney Dusty Twyman-Morey

Attorney Dusty L. Twyman-Morey received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year.
On February 14, 2000, she opened her own law firm in Winter Garden, Florida, and has practiced as a solo practitioner for the majority of her legal career. Dusty has an active litigation practice and is also collaboratively trained, with the experience necessary to navigate you through the collaborative divorce process. Her knowledge and courtroom experience, along with her understanding and implementation of interest-based option building, will guide you through the process of your family law case from start to finish and help you make informed decisions.
Dusty and her husband Tom have three children: Natasha, Tommy, and Nick, and three grandchildren: Orion, Aurora, and Violet.

Attorney Dusty Twyman-Morey was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1998 and has remained an active member in good standing since that time. She has recently been recognized in the 2020 Edition of Best Lawyers, and was listed in Top Lawyers of Florida by The Legal Network in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018, ranked "Highest in Ethical Standards and Professional Excellence." Dusty is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Dusty is a long-time member of the American Bar Association. She has been an active member of the Central Florida Collaborative Family Law Institute since 2008 and a long-time member of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court, where she holds the designation of Barrister. Dusty is a former president of the Lake County Bar Association, Family Law Division.
